About the role

As a Project Manager in Property Development, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd's premium property projects in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will see you collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the timely and cost‑effective completion of each development.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of property development projects, from planning and design to construction and handover.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to address any issues or challenges that arise during the development process.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet all relevant building codes and industry standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BRDB's property development processes and procedures.
