About the Job

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating engineering projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project activities to achieve company objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead process engineering teams involved in tooling, jig and fixture management, and finishing processes.
  • Drive high levels of execution and accountability in all NPI stages to minimize process and product defects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Materials, and Tooling to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to BOM, WI, PPAP, and other system-controlled processes.
  • Support technical and operational aspects of new projects and participate in ISO/customer audits and visits.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; ability to interpret AutoCAD or SolidWorks drawings is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
