Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of company-level projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Establish and optimize project management processes, standards, and methodologies to build a robust PMO framework
• Coordinate cross-departmental and cross-regional resources (Singapore, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Canada, Europe) to ensure timely project delivery
• Track project progress, budget, and risks; produce regular status reports for management
• Organize and lead project meetings, driving issue resolution and decision implementation
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Compliance, and Business teams to align project objectives with business strategy
• Support implementation of major initiatives including new product launches, system upgrades, and compliance certifications

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Management, or related fields
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Financial Payments/Fintech industry
• Familiar with payment business processes (acquiring, clearing & settlement, cross-border remittance, card issuance, etc.)
• Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with risk awareness

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, ACP, or other project management certifications
• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard card network processes or SWIFT messaging standards
• Experience with PCI‑DSS, ISO27001, or other compliance projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working in multinational companies or with multi‑time zone teams
