About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from tendering to successful completion. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments, clients, sub‑contractors, and authorities to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards.

You will also play a key role in supporting branch operations, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coordinate electrical tender processes, including technical review, bid preparation, and design evaluation.

Liaise with clients, consultants, sub‑contractors, and local authorities for project discussions, submissions, and approvals.

Develop and manage project schedules, set milestones, and ensure timely completion according to plan.

Manage manpower allocation and supervise site activities to meet project standards and quality requirements.

Monitor progress and resolve site issues effectively, ensuring alignment with HQ and management expectations.

Communicate with Japan HQ on project updates and technical clarifications.

Support and monitor engineering operations across branches to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical project management. Prior involvement in the tender/drawing stage will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering standards and industry best practices.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to present and coordinate effectively.
