Job Title: Project Manager - Southeast Asia (Data Center Equipment Fabrication & Product Line Development)

Location: Southeast Asia (Singapore / Malaysia preferred)

Reporting to: Engineering Lead, Dotted line to GHT Division Lead

Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate the standard equipment fabrication and product line establishment for the Global High Tech (GHT) Division (Data Center and Microelectronics industry) across Southeast Asia. This role requires close collaboration with vendors, procurement, and marketing teams to develop a high-quality, competitive equipment portfolio. The Project Manager will also oversee major GHT project vendors to ensure timely and smooth project execution aligned with project and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end standard equipment fabrication projects to meet quality, budget, and schedule targets
  • Establish and develop an equipment product line portfolio tailored for the GHT sector in Southeast Asia
  • Coordinate with vendors, procurement, sales and marketing teams to put together product offerings with market requirements and customer needs
  • Oversee major projects by ensuring project vendors comply with specifications and delivery timelines, resolving issues, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships and networks within the vendor ecosystem to leverage opportunities and negotiate favorable terms
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications effectively to keep all parties informed
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards of operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven project management experience, preferably in equipment fabrication or manufacturing related to water treatment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi‑vendor projects across geographies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage internal teams and external partners.
  • Established network of vendors and suppliers within Southeast Asia’s equipment manufacturing landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Resourceful, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including procurement, marketing, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia to vendor sites and project locations as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
