Establish, review and implement department objectives, goals and procedures.

Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to work programs/schedules.

Liase with client's representatives,relevant authorities and all parties involve with site activities on all aspect of construction activities and feed back to management.

Training of site staff and review of all non-conformances.

Other ad hoc matters as directed by the management.

REQUIREMENT

Degree/Diploma in construction related field

5 years experience in buildings construction & related field

With knowledge in microsoft project and autocad
