Qualifications

Overview

The Company is currently having some ongoing Industrialized Building System (IBS) projects in various locations and is also in the verge of finalizing a few new projects with overall locations in Selangor, Perak, Kedah, Penang, Perlis, Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Labuan and Johor. Currently, we have vacancies for Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Construction Manager positions to be based in Head Office, Putrajaya, Johor, Perlis and other locations.

Responsibilities
  • To manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • To ensure jobs are carried out in accordance with required specifications, quality, safety standards and to optimize construction speed.
  • To plan, organize, lead, control and monitor the project teams to achieve the required objectives of the projects.
  • To liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams and ensure excellent communication between all parties.
  • To coordinate with designers and consultants to ensure conformance of structural and architectural design.
  • To coordinate with mould fabricator on mould design and fabrication.
  • To maintain good documentation and filing system for the projects.
  • The candidate is to be based in Head Office and other locations as stated above and is expected to manage a few projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • Possesses good leadership and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail, resourceful and computer literate.
  • Experience in Building Construction and/or Precast Construction Works shall be an added advantage.
