Better Power (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Rawang, Selangor. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to optimise project delivery and identify opportunities for process improvements

Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective solutions

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, and Primavera

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Familiarity with relevant construction laws, regulations, and safety protocols

PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
