Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from proposal stage through project closure
• Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate project kick-offs, phase gate reviews, and cross‑functional execution
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and change requests effectively
• Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders
• Drive issue resolution with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
• Ensure strong customer communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct project closeout reviews and lessons‑learned sessions

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on project management experience
