We’re Hiring in Malaysia | Project Leadership Roles in Data Center Delivery (EPG – EP Group)

EPG (EP Group) is accelerating the rollout of modular data center solutions across Southeast Asia. As part of our strategic expansion in Malaysia, we are strengthening our local project leadership capabilities to drive delivery excellence, regulatory alignment, and scalable execution.

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1️⃣ Deputy Project Manager / Project Manager (Civil Background)

Your Impact

• Lead day-to-day project operations in Malaysia, including local team coordination and external stakeholder management
• Drive government approvals, regulatory submissions, and compliance alignment
• Support project planning, resource orchestration, and on-site execution
• Enable localization across procurement, labor management, and supplier partnerships
• Act as a strategic interface between HQ and the local delivery ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• 5+ years of project management experience in Malaysia (construction / industrial projects)
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, approval processes, and labor regulations
• Fluent in English & Chinese, with proven cross-cultural collaboration capability
• Data center or industrial project experience is a strong advantage

2️⃣ Delivery Project Manager (MEP / Modular Products)

Your Impact

• Own on-site delivery of prefabricated MEP products across Malaysia
• Coordinate logistics, installation, commissioning, and client acceptance
• Drive delivery performance across quality, schedule, and cost KPIs
• Ensure smooth handover to after-sales and maintenance teams
• Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, and client stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Installation Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of on-site installation or delivery project management experience
• Strong familiarity with Malaysia construction standards and logistics operations
• Fluent in English & Malay; basic Chinese communication is a plus
• Data center or industrial MEP project experience is highly preferred
