Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
• Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Managing the project progress and adapting the work as required and ensure that the projects meet deadlines.
• Managing the relationships with the clients and the stakeholders.
• Designing and signing contracts and risk mitigation plan.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Participating in all tender process.
• Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services.
• Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.
• Executing all and any instructions provided by any of the Directors of Crossroad Solutions Sdn Bhd.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
• Certifications (Preferred) PMP, Prince II, ITIL, or relevant certifications in or equivalent.
• Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
