Job description

We are seeking a proactive project executive to support and monitor assigned projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety, and health outcomes. This role works closely with consultants, contractors, and authorities to coordinate activities, secure approvals, maintain proper project documentation, and address risks and opportunities for successful delivery.

Key Accountabilities

• Support project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost and quality.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
• Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issue.
• Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
