Responsibilities
  • Track and manage project checklists and required actions across the full lifecycle of customer projects
  • Break down project requirements into sub-projects and actionable tasks
  • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple departments
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, delivery, and shipping
  • Ensure adherence to overall project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and internal processes
  • Participate actively in weekly and monthly project review meetings
  • Identify problems, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and report findings to the Chief Projects Officer
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and execution standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or a similar environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Structured and process-oriented mindset, with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams at different levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in common project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar planning tools)
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability for outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to construction, modular building, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial projects
  • Familiarity with project scheduling, resource planning, or risk management
