Responsibility
  • Coordinate and support end-to-end laboratory design and build projects, from planning to handover.
  • Assist Project Managers in managing project schedules, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and end users to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate design drawings, layouts, and revisions (2D/3D) with designers and consultants.
  • Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables; highlight risks or delays to the project team.
  • Support procurement activities, including material tracking, delivery coordination, and installation scheduling.
  • Coordinate site activities, including lab furniture installation, fume hood installation, and service coordination.
  • Attend project meetings, site meetings, and coordination meetings; prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action items.
  • Ensure project documentation is properly maintained, including drawings, specifications, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as GLP, ISO, GMP, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover documentation where applicable (e.g. LEV testing, DOE submission).
  • Support defect rectification, project close-out, and warranty documentation.
