A leading laboratory services firm in Malaysia is looking for a Project Management Coordinator specializing in laboratory design and build projects. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields and possess strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating projects from planning to handover, assisting project managers, and ensuring smooth project execution. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field
Experience in laboratory design & build, construction, or fit-out projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with laboratory environments, lab furniture, fume hoods, and M&E coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced project environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is an advantage.
Willingness to attend site meetings and support on-site activities when required.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
