Project Executive (Software Development)

Your Mission

As a Project Manager at iMBrace, your core mission is to lead successful implementation and scale-up of AI-powered solutions across enterprise clients and partners. You will work at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and partner coordination—ensuring that delivery timelines, scope, and value outcomes are consistently met.

You will oversee complex deployments involving business teams, IT stakeholders, System Integrators (SIs), and internal engineering/product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

Own end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, coordination, execution, tracking, and reporting.

Work with enterprise clients to define scope, requirements, milestones, and delivery expectations.

Manage multi-threaded implementation projects involving AI orchestration across Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, web, and back-office systems.

Lead an internal no code workflow development team to fulfill customer's requirements.

Maintain project governance and accountability frameworks - keeping all stakeholders informed, aligned, and on track.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Success) and external SIs and technology partners.

Ensure partners are aligned on delivery milestones, expectations, and platform configurations.

Lead project reviews and escalation paths to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Platform Enablement & Quality Assurance

Develop a deep understanding of iMBrace's platform capabilities (knowledge hubs, Databoard, SDK/API integration, etc.).

Oversee solution design validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness.

Conduct QA reviews on deliverables before client or partner handoff.

Change Management & Reporting

Proactively identify project risks, change requests, and blockers - and manage impact on scope and timelines.

Track project KPIs, delivery SLAs, and continuous improvement plans.

Prepare regular project updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.

3-5 years' experience in project management, solution delivery, or enterprise implementation roles.

Strong track record managing SaaS, enterprise IT, or AI/RPA-related deployments.

Experience working with large clients, SIs, or partner ecosystems (bonus if in banking, insurance, or public sector).

Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with agile methodologies, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Notion), and enterprise architecture basics.

Clear communication skills, both written and verbal - in English and Cantonese, for liaising with stakeholders in Hong Kong and China.

Opens to candidates based in different states, particularly in Ipoh and Johor, and willing to travel when required.
