Job summary

A property management company in Ipoh is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with managing and coordinating project activities from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in project execution or coordination roles. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and bilingual communication abilities in Bahasa Melayu, English, and preferably Mandarin are essential for this role.   • Assist the Project Manager to manage and coordinate project activities from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and manage project-related documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.
  • Monitor site work progress, assist in resolving technical issues, and support project execution on-site when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, updates and project tracking activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • At-least 2 years of experience in project execution, engineering, or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with government liaison processes and documentation handling.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in paperwork and project tracking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.
  • Language : Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
  • Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with targeted groups and stakeholders.
