Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure that delivered products are consistent with Design Sign‑off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Landscape architects' programs from Submission stage, Tender, until Construction stage according to MIP.
  • Ensure sufficient detail in Landscape architect's drawings for submission.
  • Assist in coordinating consultants.
  • Assist in coordinating inter‑departments and consultants.
  • Ensure Tender Drawings Specification during tender documentation stage.
  • Ensure sufficient detail for construction.
  • Assist in monitoring the tender documentation programme.
  • Assist in coordinating inter‑departments and consultants.
  • Ensure Construction Drawings Specification before site possession.
  • Ensure completed buildings are consistent with SPA.
  • Assist in monitoring the construction drawing programme.
  • Assist in coordinating consultants and contractors/suppliers.
  • Support HOD in execution of environmental procedures within your department, development or project.
  • Drive environmental sustainability targets/KPIs and report periodically to the respective HOD.
  • Comply with applicable legal and other requirements.
  • Supervise daily landscape construction activities, prioritising quality of work. Ensure all work and materials comply with specifications and required standards.
  • Maintain daily records of all construction activities at site and report any site problems to the superior promptly.
  • Monitor and control construction progress of the projects under your supervision, alerting the superior if progress falls behind schedule.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications and method statements, reporting any discrepancies to the superior.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Issue site memos to contractors for work not compliant with required quality standards, construction drawings and specifications.
  • Attend monthly progress claim verifications, including variation orders if any.
  • Comply with all matters related to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment as required by the Company.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture or a construction‑related discipline.

Skills & Abilities
  • Good working knowledge of consultant methodology.
  • Experience in dealing with authorities.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, ACAD).
