Established in 1995, our HQ is based in Johor, with branches in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Our team of 70 members include young professionals and experienced experts.

Job Function

The Project Executive shall be responsible to coordinate all the construction site activities and supervise all on-site workers as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This also includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising on-site personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend to client enquiry regards to the site activity/ progress.
  • Liaise with client's representative on site and attend consultant/ site meetings.
  • Prepare work schedule, coordinate and supervise all construction related activities.
  • Able to understand the project plan and ensure work is carried as per specification and contract requirement.
  • Prepare work progress report to update client on the site progress.
  • Lead on-site personnel (e.g sub-contractors, workers, etc) to complete project as per schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans.
  • Arrange and attend on-site inspection throughout the process.
  • Control and minimize the wastage of materials and machineries on-site.
  • Proactively rectify work site problems and provide solutions.
  • Report to superior on project progress and site issues.
  • Work with Procurement department to order the resources necessary to complete a project and responsible for the timely delivery of these resources.
  • To ensure work site safety, promote safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
  • Attend post-mortem meeting and propose better work procedure
  • To assist in other duties as and when assigned by your superior or any of the company's duly authorized officers.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in design and build field.
  • Proactive, Passionate, able to solve problem calmly.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Computer Literate, able to prepare project schedule.
