A leading construction firm is seeking a Project Coordinator in Johor Bahru to assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. The role involves coordinating with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth execution, monitoring progress, and preparing project documentation. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Assist in project planning, scheduling and budgeting activities.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress and milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, clients and regulatory authorities.
Monitor contractors and suppliers to ensure they adhere to quality standards and contractual requirements.
Assist in coordinating building design submissions, authority requirements, and technical clearances.
Follow up with relevant agencies (Immigration, Customs, Bomba, JKR, IWK, TNB, SAJ, MBJB, etc.) for approvals.
Attend site meeting and client consultant meeting.
Prepare letters, memos, presentation slides, reports, and submissions.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or an equivalent field.
Candidate must possess 3-5 years working experience in a similar role.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
