Job summary

A leading energy services company based in Malaysia is seeking a diligent individual for project coordination duties. The ideal candidate will oversee budget management, create and manage orders in CRM, and track job status updates. Qualifications

• Familiarity with NDT operations (RT, MT, PT, UT) is a plus.
• Prior experience in project coordination is a plus.
• Fresh graduates from Pahang are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of operations budget before executing jobs.
• Create and manage MOB orders in CRM for all projects.
• Track and update job completion status.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding job arrangements.
