Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction site management and reports to the APM/Project Manager.
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the APM/Project Manager in project planning, coordinate and oversee works on site.
• Manage daily site operations and oversee all civil, structural, architectural matters.
• Work closely with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure construction activities follow drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors for site work progress until completion.
• Resolve any issues and problems arising on site.
• Maintain effective ISO 9001 quality management system.

Competency Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent (Civil/Construction).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field (preferable experience in Data Center & commercial buildings projects, Medical Health, Bungalows).
• Required skills: CAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
• Must demonstrate knowledge in civil engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision and personnel management.
• Flexible and able to work well in a fast‑paced environment; competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and smaller projects, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
