Manage tool transfers, trial runs, inspections, and testing in collaboration with production teams. Troubleshoot process or part issues, prepare technical reports, and maintain detailed project documentation. Support DPAP / PPAP part approval processes and liaise with QC/FA teams to ensure automotive compliance. Ensure timely submissions, customer follow-ups, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers) to achieve project milestones.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 1 year experience in automotive plastics / injection molding / manufacturing process.
• Hands-on, willing to work on-site with field and production teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of automotive standards and processes (PPAP, APQP, ISO/TS 16949) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
• Salary starts from RM 3,000 for junior level. The advertised range (RM 3,700 – RM 5,500) depends on skills and experience.
• 5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off.
• Willing to work in Tampoi, JB.
