Senior Executive / Engineer – Project

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Department: Project

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Engineer – Project to lead and manage projects from initial design to final completion. This role involves preparing layouts, basic engineering design, solving site issues, and ensuring compliance with international standards. You will coordinate resources, supervise site activities, and share knowledge with junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project papers including CAPEX, ROI, layout, and timelines.
• Manage project scheduling using Microsoft Project and track progress.
• Apply for permits, licenses, and approvals related to projects.
• Monitor project costs, prevent overruns, and ensure accurate budgeting.
• Conduct HAZOP analysis and create SOPs for compliance.
• Enforce workplace safety and lead weekly safety briefings.
• Provide training and mentorship to subordinates.
• Collaborate with other departments for plant expansion and process improvement.
• Drive continual improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Senior Executive: Diploma in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/3D modeling and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, cost management, and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel to Indonesia.
