Project Engineer (Proposal or Execution)

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the EPC global team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, engineering calculations, and documentation.
• Offer technical clarification and respond to client inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with the execution team to ensure smooth project handover.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Project Manager or superior.
• Review and update technical documents such as manuals and workflows.
• Manage internal documentation flow and retrieve files as requested.
• Support internal and external document requests.
• Outline and implement project-specific document control requirements.
• Conduct final inspections with clients.
• Work closely with order processing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience as Project Engineer.
• Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Problem‑solving skills, ability to understand contributing factors and resolve complex situations with appropriate management.
• Dependable; meets deadlines, works independently, accountable for work, maintains focus, punctual, and has a good attendance record.

Working Hours

9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday).
