Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Architectural & Technich & Civil & Structural Engineer/Coordinator to join our project team for a prestigious high-rise residential apartment development located along Jalan Sungai Besi. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the technical excellence and compliance of the project from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with C&S consultants and architectural consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and optimize construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy, constructability, and value engineering.
• Handle all internal documentation and deliverables required by the client’s project department, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Conduct technical briefings and site instructions to site supervisors and construction teams to ensure proper implementation of design and specifications.
• Prepare and submit inspection and approval requests to consultants and relevant authorities, following project quality and procedural standards.
• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, reports, correspondence, and compliance documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Better to have registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and/or possess a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in high-rise building projects, preferably in residential developments.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings, with strong technical review and optimization skills.
• Familiar with local construction standards, codes, and authority submission procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in using AutoCAD, BIM, or related software is preferred.
