Join the talented team at KT LAW & ASSOCIATES SDN BHD as our new Project Manager. In this full-time position based in Klang, Selangor, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of the company's construction projects. Your expertise and strategic guidance will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Project Planning and Monitoring: Manage and monitor project operations, ensuring all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Subcontractor and Supplier Coordination: Plan and coordinate activities with subcontractors, overseeing productivity and resource allocation at project sites.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement and maintain safety practices, ensuring all site personnel adhere to environmental, safety, and health regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee inspections and tests, guaranteeing results conform to specifications and drawings, and coordinate the handover of completed projects to ensure all work meets required standards of workmanship.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate monthly site reports that detail project progress, technical specifics, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities.
• Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Other project-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction project management (Preferably both infrastructure and building).
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, standards, and project management principles.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (CPM and S-Curve).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Language proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Willing and able to travel to other states as required by project demands.
