Project Director Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Project Team reporting to the Project Director.
• Work with key business functions (HSE, quality, engineering, supply chain, procurement) to deliver the project.
• Establish and communicate project goals and ensure that these are fully understood and met throughout the project and within own organization.
• Maintain clear lines of communication within the Customer and Project Organization.
• Monitor the project's performance in a systematic way and ensure that performance is communicated to the customer and SPS Project Director.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Project Management execution of Projects within Oil & Gas or Subsea businesses.
• Project management certification or degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in driving and delivering large Subsea System Projects.
• Subsea Manifold, Distribution product and fabrication knowledge and overall Subsea Production System knowledge.
• Able to lead a multifunctional global team in a matrix organisation.
