Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, setting goals, and overseeing all aspects of construction and development.
- Budget and Cost Management: Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Schedule Management: Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
- Contract and Vendor Management: Overseeing contracts with vendors and contractors, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure projects meet established standards.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance and support.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicating project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
- Construction Management: Overseeing all construction activities, coordinating on-site work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Development Management: Managing the development process, including site selection, design, permitting, and construction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management and construction management, typically 5-10 years or above.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- It is essential to have previous experiences in construction management under main con and with high rise buildings construction experiences.
