Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, setting goals, and overseeing all aspects of construction and development.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Managing project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Schedule Management: Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
  • Contract and Vendor Management: Overseeing contracts with vendors and contractors, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure projects meet established standards.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance and support.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
  • Construction Management: Overseeing all construction activities, coordinating on-site work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Development Management: Managing the development process, including site selection, design, permitting, and construction.
