Tatler Asia's Travel division is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Regional Director of Travel. This role is vital to our ongoing growth and success across eight Asian markets and beyond, following a record-breaking year for our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong passion for the travel and luxury sectors, combined with a unique blend of business acumen and creative content development skills. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury media, engaging in business development, project management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Orchestrate Projects: Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication among clients and regional teams to facilitate timely project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while delivering healthy profit margins.
  • Workflow Coordination: Streamline creative and operational processes to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Proactively seek and acquire new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with hotels, airlines, tourism boards, and prestigious travel brands.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value of the Tatler brand to potential partners.
  • Client Management: Oversee client relationships, from preparing contracts to ensuring the success of partnerships.
