Our nationwide logistics footprint ensures we are well-connected and ready to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

What you'll be doing?

Commercial Excellence: Prepare quotations, participate in tender processes, and handle billing and payment collection with precision.

Project Operations: Manage indoor operations including import freight forwarding, documentation, coordination, and communication with clients and vendors. Handle outdoor operations such as liaising with port and site personnel, arranging transporters, coordinating with authorities, and supporting on-site activities.

Support Functions: Provide support to Bulk Commodity, E-Commerce, and Shipping Agency operations when required. Follow company SOPs and continuously optimize operational processes.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding (Sea/Air). Experience in project logistics, port, or on-site operations is a plus.

Language Proficiency: Able to write and converse effectively in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compliance with ISO management system requirements.
