Responsibility
COORDINATOR :
  • Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.
  • Manage and supervise day to day project activities to ensure projects deliverables are on time, within budget and at required level of quality.
  • Attend project / site meetings and coordinate site activities.
  • Responsible for site coordination & supervision work, to monitor and report project progress daily.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill as you will be working closely with client, landlord, contractor, sub‑contractor and/or suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing and quality objective.
  • To ensure the constructions are as per approved design and use of materials and components.
  • Arrange submission of plans to local authorities / utilities company etc.
  • To jointly prepare with the specialist M&E subcontractors, the various work method statements and/or Safety Operation Procedures when required.
  • Undertake any and all other duties, responsibilities as instructed by superior.
MANAGER :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, optimizing resources and budgets
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of cross‑functional teams, including designers, engineers, and tradespeople
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management
