Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects including coordinating sub-contractors and installation arrangements.
• Monitor and supervise progress at the project site to ensure timely completion.
• Knowledge about material application needed.
• Provide progressive site updates to designers and management.
• Knowledge in reading study drawings, including 2D and 3D perspectives.
• Work well in a team and coordinate with designers.
• Good problem-solving abilities on site.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Plan & manage project include coordinating sub-contractor, installation arrangement, control of renovation and interior design related works
2. To monitor and supervise progress at the project site and ensure that project is completed within the stipulated time
3. Knowledge about material application
4. Progressive site updates to designer and management
5. Knowledge in study drawings includes 2D & 3D perspective, layout plan, and detailed drawings
6. Able to work in team and well coordinate with designer
7. Good in site problem solving abilities
