Position: Project Coordination Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Armani Group, a growing property development group, is seeking a proactive and well‑organised Project Coordination Executive to support our project development team.

This role is also suitable for fresh graduates or junior professionals who are self‑driven, enjoy communication and coordination work, and are interested in gaining hands‑on exposure in property development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate property development projects from planning through execution
  • Assist in project scheduling, documentation, reporting, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external parties
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and basic cost tracking
  • Provide administrative, coordination, and planning support to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Construction, Property Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail‑oriented
  • Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and/or written) is required, as the role involves coordination with China‑ and Taiwan‑based consultants, suppliers, and project‑related documentation
