Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia seeks a Project Administration Executive to manage HR matters for site-based staff. The role involves handling recruitment, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring document compliance. Candidates should possess a minimum of SPM or a diploma in administration, and 1 year of related experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Working hours include Saturdays (half-day). Transportation between HQ and the project site will be provided.

Project Administration Executive - Construction

Advancecon is a public-listed construction group with over 30 years of industry experience, specialising in earthworks and civil engineering for large-scale infrastructure and township developments such as Setia EcoHill, Eco Majestic, Desa ParkCity, and the West Coast Expressway (WCE).

Job Description:

Handle HR matters for site-based operational staff, including recruitment (Category D), leave, and resignation submissions to the HQ Human Resource Department.

Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.

Support the manager with on-site disciplinary actions, including compiling and recording documents for submission to the HQ Human Resource Department.

Record and verify on-site manpower data against designations.

Record and manage documents, including employee attendance, working hours, diesel management records, all types of leave, hostel, and transportation.

Implement efficient documentation processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.

Job Specification:

Candidates should possess SPM or a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in document control or an administrative support role.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to multitask

Applicants must be able to work between HQ (Kota Damansara) and the Project site (when support is needed & transportation will be provided).

Applicants must be able to work on Saturday (half day, 8 AM-1 PM).
