Programme Associate (Student Success)

We’re looking for a Programme Associate (Student Success) to help ensure the successful delivery of our programmes and to ensure they are of a high quality, up-to-date, and delivered to an excellent standard.

Individual Scope of Work:

Manage and respond to all inbound student inquiries across multiple communication channels.

Design and implement new initiatives to strengthen community engagement, with a particular focus on alumni networks.

Analyse and identify potential challenges and pain points within the student journey to inform improvements.

Co-facilitate and actively participate in student engagement events, workshops, and sessions.

Drive and optimise the conversion of candidates through effective skills-assessment processes.

Help design & develop new programmes for TalentLabs and its existing/potential partners, as part of our Programme Management team.

Support the design, development and delivery of our proprietary and partner’s eLearning/blended learning/synchronous/asynchronous cross-border learning programmes.

Monitor and oversee the successful development and delivery of online/blended learning programme assigned to ensure the programme targets are met by monitoring daily tasks, communicating with those involved and providing detailed and timely updates to the company and/or other stakeholders.

Lead the coordination between various internal stakeholders such as Marketing & Communications, Account Management, Business Development, Learning & Development, and the Product teams.

To support the company and department in the pursuit of new business opportunities and broad-based business development and contribute to the achievement of the company and department’s business financial targets.
