Food Art is looking for a Project & Program Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple initiatives across the business.

This role works closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects and programs are well-structured, properly sequenced, and delivered on time. The Project & Program Executive will help translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans and ensure alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination

Support the breakdown of company initiatives into structured programs and projects.

Assist in defining workstreams, timelines, and dependencies.

Track progress across multiple initiatives running in parallel.

Project Execution

Coordinate project plans, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor execution status and flag risks or delays.

Support teams in maintaining momentum and alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Customer Support.

Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders.

Help ensure handoffs between teams are clear and timely.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare progress updates and summaries for management.

Maintain project documentation and execution trackers.

Support regular project and program review meetings.

Process & Improvement

Help standardise planning and execution templates.

Support continuous improvement of project workflows and coordination processes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

3–6 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations roles.

Experience working in cross-functional environments.

Exposure to managing multiple initiatives concurrently.

Skills

Strong organisational and planning skills.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage timelines and dependencies.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, or fast-growing companies.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Notion).

Basic understanding of operations, marketing, or technology workflows.
