THE ROLE

Program Manager oversees multiple related projects/functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Opportunity to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage cost and timelines, and identify and mitigate risks. Deliver cohesive outcomes by ensuring collaboration and successful program execution from planning through completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage SKU (OPN) set up and product lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians in the development and launch of new products.
  • Develop and execute plans for customized SKU product manufacturing and testing.
  • Handle labeling specifications, SW revisions, and hardware changes.
  • Reconfigure capabilities, test station maintenance, and daily operation issues.
  • Manage deployment of software changes and system maintenance.
  • Communicate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to product launch and production fulfillment.
  • Track and report on project progress.
