Job description

Plan how the programme is managed, including staffing for the programme, resources and any special requirements of the programme.

Monitor students’ entry requirements and ratios.

Review PLOs, CLOs, assessment methods and learning and teaching methodologies of academics and programmes to ensure constructive alignment.

Work together with the Quality Assurance Director and recommend the best practices for programme development and review processes.

Monitor students’ performance, issues, participation, attendance and other components.

Ensure the programme complies with HEP’s internal quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures.

Work with relevant parties for students’ work placement, employability and engagement.

Monitor students’ performance, issues, participation, attendance and other components.

Coordinate the preparation of documents for MQA accreditation and review of professional bodies (if any).

Work together with the Quality Assurance Director to conduct a review of the programme periodically.

Work together with the Quality Assurance Director and plan for continuous quality improvement of the programme.

To conduct lectures for SIUC courses

Develop, create, and deliver lectures and presentations

Plan and implement learning goals for students

Maintain and improve student evaluations

Prepare Teaching File and Ad hoc administrative tasks

Engage students in classroom discussions, active learning, and lab activities

Conduct assessments to determine student understanding and monitor student progress based on learning goals

Use technology effectively in the classroom and for online and blended courses

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Able to work independently.

Required to work on weekends when needed.
