WUHAN CITY ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. – Selangor

Responsibilities
  • Welding engineering: formulate welding process regulations (WPS/PQR), optimize process parameters, and solve compatibility problems; administer welder examinations, certification renewals, and training; use UT/DR equipment to inspect weld quality and write bilingual defect reports in Chinese and English.
  • Mechanical engineering: guide the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of mechanical equipment; troubleshoot mechanical failures and propose optimization plans; coordinate cross-discipline interfaces to review construction changes and assess their impact.
  • Electrical engineering: supervise the installation, commissioning, and testing of high- and low-voltage distribution systems and electrical equipment; solve on-site electrical issues and optimize system design; verify the quality of electrical installations to ensure compliance with IEC/MS standards.
  • Automation system: responsible for the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of the PLC/DCS system and instrumentation; optimize control logic and system stability; assess the impact of construction changes on the system and coordinate cross-discipline interfaces.
Requirements
  • Familiar with standards and laws, such as AWS, ASME IX, ASME B31.3, and IEC 61511.
  • Holders of relevant certifications are preferred, such as a CWI certificate, CIDB certification, TNB certification, or Malaysia BEM registered engineer qualification.
  • Be able to read technical specifications and drawings and write professional reports.
  • Fluent in English and Malay, with excellent communication skills.
