A Production Worker helps manufacture products by operating machines, assembling parts, and ensuring items meet quality and safety standards. This role supports smooth and efficient factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment
• Assemble products or parts according to instructions
• Monitor production process and report problems
• Inspect finished products for quality defects
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment
• Meet daily production targets

Requirements & Skills

• Junior high school diploma
• Language skills: Mandarin, English, Malay (Proficiency in Mandarin will added advantage)
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Basic understanding of safety procedure

Salary: RM1700–RM3500/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM–18:00 PM

Compensation Structure: Basic salary + position allowance; overtime pay calculated according to labor laws; pay EPF, SOCSO, etc. as required by the local government。

Salary Payment: Paid by the 7th of each month for the previous month’s salary.
