Job Responsibilities

Ensure plant (either Pre-Treatment, Refined Glycerin or Biodiesel) runs in a safe and optimum condition according to plant standard and process control strategy.
Pastikan kilang (sama ada Pre-Treatment Plant, Glycerin atau Biodiesel) berjalan dalam keadaan selamat dan optimum mengikut standard loji dan strategi kawalan proses.

• Ensure process and equipment running per centerlines and according to quality requirement.
  Memastikan proses dan peralatan berjalan setiap pusat dan mengikut keperluan kualiti.
• Complete all reports such as shift report, PR, centerlines log sheet (readings), chemicals tracking etc. as described in procedure.
  Melengkapkan semua laporan seperti laporan syift, PR, buku log (bacaan), pengesanan bahan kimia dan lain-lain seperti yang dijelaskan dalam prosedur.
• Report and highlight issue.
  Melaporkan dan nyatakan sebarang isu.
• Ensure all abnormalities and issues are investigated and appropriate action taken to resolve and avoid recurrence.
  Memastikan semua keabnormalan dan isu disiasat serta tindakan sewajarnya diambil untuk menyelesaikan dan mengelakkan berulang.
• Ensure chemicals, waste or inventory control / tracking in general are accurate.
  Memastikan kawalan kimia, sisa atau kawalan inventori / pengesanan secara amnya adalah tepat
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and process area; spills are to be contained. Hazards need to be removed, contained or made visible to avoid incidents.
  Melakukan rutin pembersihan peralatan dan kawasan proses, tumpahan perlu terkawal. Bahaya yang ada akan dikeluarkan untuk mengelakkan kemalangan.
• Ensure system / equipment has been isolated, drained, depressurized (prepared according to safety requirements) and safe before any maintenance work.
  Memastikan sistem / peralatan telah diasingkan, dikeringkan, ditekankan (disediakan mengikut keperluan keselamatan) dan selamat sebelum sebarang kerja penyelenggaraan.
• Perform any task which the company deems appropriate and fit either as an individual or in a team.
  Melaksanakan sebarang tugas yang difikirkan sesuai oleh syarikat dan sesuai sama ada secara individu atau dalam pasukan.
• Assist inspection by regulatory bodies (DOSH in particular).
  Membantu pemeriksaan oleh badan kawal selia (khususnya DOSH).
• To ensure understanding, comply with and apply ABMS requirements.
  Memastikan kefahaman, pematuhan dan melaksanakan ketetapan ABMS

Job Requirements
