What you'll be doing
  1. Machine Setup & Technical Operation — Execute timely and accurate machine setups/changeovers according to the production schedule and technical specifications. 2. Quality Assurance & Control — Conduct regular quality checks against blueprints or Golden Samples to ensure products meet tolerance levels. Identify visual or functional defects early in the run to prevent mass‑production of non‑conforming goods. Adhere strictly to ISO standards or specific industry quality protocols.
  3. Scrap & Waste Management — Monitor raw material usage to ensure maximum yield and minimal “start‑up” scrap.
  4. Documentation & Recording — Maintain accurate, real‑time records of production counts, downtime, and machine settings.
