This critical role includes 24/7 monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning. Qualifications

• Information Technology-related qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Basic Linux server basics.
• Experience with SQL Database.
• Experience with ITIL incident and problem management procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell or PowerShell.
• Experience in using Monitoring tools like New Relic and Logz.io.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the performance and capacity of Server.
• Provide Tier II/III support for system incidents.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Ensure all system activities comply with established protocols.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Respond to server alerts and handle tickets in JIRA.
