Job Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily machining production to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate manpower, machines, materials, and processes to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor production progress, resolve on-site issues, and handle abnormalities.
• Conduct regular production reviews and drive continuous improvement (PDCA / lean).
• Manage equipment maintenance and support process or layout improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Prepare basic production reports and updates to management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
