Job summary

A leading construction materials company in Port Klang is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and preferably 2 years of relevant working experience. Responsibilities include organizing manpower, ensuring optimal plant operation, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with quality and EHS policies. Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Those without qualifications but with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve desired product quality and productivity.
• Organize and allocate manpower for production.
• Ensure plant is operated at optimal level with minimal downtime.
• Ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained.
• Ensure QC samples are sent from the plant to the laboratory at required intervals.
• Check all incoming raw and packaging materials for quantities and qualities.
• Keep QC retained samples as per Lab requirement.
• Assist in plant repair and maintenance.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the plant.
• Ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policy.
