• Able to prepare Daily Production Reports independently.
• Understanding of material flow, machine utilization, and downtime analysis.
• Engineering knowledge (machine operation, basic troubleshooting) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
• Lead and motivate production operators for productivity.
• Monitor machine performance and process flow.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, 5S, and safety standards.
