Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of production leaders and operators to meet production target and schedule.
• Execute daily line housekeeping (5S), operators’ discipline and attendance.
• Ensure the operation and output meet the quality, productivity requirements and objectives.
• Make necessary corrections to the operations or operators to resolve problems encountered.
• Provide visible and real‑time indicators to help operators meet expected performance.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/ “O” Level, Certificate, Diploma, or any science or proficiency qualification.
• Preferably have some industrial working/supervisory experience.
• Possess good leadership, organization and supervision skills.
• Discipline, hardworking, able to work overtime/shifts and have good working attitudes, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understand basic English language and simple calculations.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pekan Nanas, Johor.
