To lead theteam in the factory. You will help manage daily production work, make sure safety rulesare followed, keep track of materials and tools, and help keep the factory clean andrunning smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Production
- Supervising of production team in production processes and working environment safety management.
- Manage the productivity & efficiency of the production team and assist them to meet their working goals.
- Ensure that workers are in compliance with the safety rules and guidelines.
- Hygiene checks on factory working environment.
- Manage incoming shipment of materials to ensure proper receiving and accuracy of the materials quantity.
- Inventory management for machine spare parts and consumable inventory (for staff use).
- Procurement and tracking of factory consumables.
- Production teams productivity to the management.
- Materials shipment progress
3. Building Management
- Assist in review and plan factory lay-out.
- Support in Company including factory, lab and office facilities repair and maintenance.
4. Team Management
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address safety, quality, and operational issues.
5. Administrative
- Address and resolve any Wi-Fi or connection issues as needed.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by management on an ad-hoc basis.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years experience in performing planning, fabrication works in office and production area.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Able to communicate and write with both English & Mandarin.
- Good problem-solving skills, positive working attitude and independent.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
