Requirement
  • Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Production Management principles and practices, with a proven track record of optimizing production processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and experience in implementing quality assurance programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
  • Hands‑on experience in managing manufacturing operations, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • This position requires a six-day work schedule.
Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Implement and maintain production schedules, monitor workflow, and adjust resources as needed to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address any issues or deviations from established standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to resolve production-related problems and ensure smooth operations.
