The role involves overseeing production operations, managing up to 100 personnel, and ensuring quality and safety. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Production Supervisor oversees production operations by managing teams, resources and processes to meet targets while ensuring quality, safety and efficiency.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: · Bachelor degree Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: · 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in an electro-mechanical systems manufacturing environment is preferred.
· Experience in supervisory of at least 50 subordinates
Knowledge/Skills: · Excellent interpersonal, communication and strong leadership skills ·
Ability to develop/refine projects and to apply problem solving techniques ·
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment ·
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented ·
Knowledge of and experience with lean manufacturing principles ·
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
Supervises: · Up to 100 production personnel
